Important Conditions and operational matters on this service :-
1. These Prices are based on direct collection from your property between 0900 hrs and 1800 hrs on the day of collection, unless otherwise stated in your quotation extra charges will be incurred for in-house collection. Delivery into the property at final destination and goods must be available for collection when the driver arrives to collect, delays will incur surcharges. The sender of the goods is obliged to assist the driver with the loading of the goods onto his vehicle.
2. These rates are based on shipping through major Express carriers including, DHL, TNT and FEDEX all business is subject to their trading conditions.
3. We require written confirmation in the form of our packing list before noon on the day prior to loading.
Senders and Receivers full name, address telephone numbers, number of packages, weight,
measurements of each package, and contents.
4. For customs purposes you are required to provide a completed signed packing list. We can provide the packing list by post, email, or fax. For commercial goods we require a commercial invoice.
5. For non EEC destinations we require a completed invoice or for personal freight a completed original packing list and a copy of passport (photo part of the sender).
6. Transit times are not guaranteed and any transit times quoted are approximate.
7. To avoid delays and mistakes we advise that you book your collection and supply all necessary paperwork about 3 days before the collection date, allowing us to complete the consignment notes and labels on your behalf and post them to you prior to collection. In the event you are not in possession of these documents at the time of collection you will be responsible for completion of the carriers consignment notes, correct labeling of every package and faxing a copy of the consignment note signed by the driver to Freightworld by noon at the latest on the day after collection.
Payment for direct collections must be paid by credit or debit card at least 1 day prior to the
collection date. The charges will be based on the estimated total. Should the actual weight or volume be different from the estimated amount, the difference will be credited or debited to your original payment method. You are expected to furnish us with reasonably accurate shipment details.

If you prefer Freightworld to collect your goods from inside your house, most of the Potential
pitfalls are eliminated. In some cases the cost will be minimal and should you be in any doubt we strongly recommend that you take this option. The benefits are:

When we collect on our own vehicles, we weigh and measure your consignment on-site, complete and fix all relevant documentation to the packages and if required we can professionally pack your shipment from only £10.00 per carton. Minimum Charges Can Apply.
Most importantly we actually see your shipment, therefore, we are able to advise you on the
packaging and all other related matters.
